Non-Refundable Contribution from $235,000
Investors make a contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), which supports projects focused on tourism development, renewable energy, and agriculture.
The contribution is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
OPTION 2
Real Estate
Investment
from $270,000
Only government-approved projects in Grenada are eligible for citizenship under this option.
The minimum investment in real estate is $270,000 for a share purchase, provided that:
  • The project is a government-approved tourism development;
  • The investment involves at least two people;
  • The total investment in the project is at least $440,000.
For other approved real estate purchases, the required investment starts at $350,000.
The exact registration fee for the share purchase depends on the selected property.
Investors are allowed to sell the property and recoup their investment after 5 years from receiving citizenship.
