OPTION 1
Non-Refundable Contribution
from $250,000
Investors make a contribution to the Federal Consolidated Fund. The government of St. Kitts and Nevis uses the fund's resources to support healthcare, education, tourism, culture, and renewable energy development.
This contribution is non-refundable, and no return on investment is possible from the fund.
OPTION 2
Real Estate
Investment
from $325,000
The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis offers applicants three real estate investment options:
  • Starting at $325,000, investors can purchase a share in a government-approved hotel, resort, or residential condominium eligible for the program.
  • From $325,000, investors can invest in a condominium approved for the program as an Approved Private Home.
  • Starting at $600,000, investors can buy a private, standalone home approved for the program as an Approved Private Home.
The property can be resold after 7 years. Additionally, investors can earn rental income ranging from 2% to 5% annually.
OPTION 3
Investment in Social and Infrastructure Projects from $250,000
The Public Benefit Option replaces the previous Alternative Investment Option (AIO), which involved investments in social and infrastructure projects. This new option is also focused on supporting socially impactful initiatives, with investors having the opportunity to choose from a list of government-approved projects.
